Refund and Returns Policy

We will happily do refunds, returns and replacement for all  products except products on specific quote based orders within the UAE. No refund or exchange is possible for specific quote based orders, specifically requested items and orders from outside the UAE. Returns and replacements also may not possible for barcode reader/scanner, photocopier toners and ink etc. If any product is faulty on delivery, we will replace it with a new product. Any refunds will only be made onto the original mode of payment. 

Additional Refund Conditions:

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please contact our customer service on +971 4 258 982 in Dubai, or via email on sales@highvisiontechnlologies.com We will arrange to pick up the product, verify the claim, and once claim is processed and we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement. This usually is always resolved within 72 hours. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
